🐴 Shipping – From My Hooves to Your Home

All items at Dappled Pony Designs are lovingly designed by me and either handmade in-studio or professionally produced with trusted partners. I partner with local printers whenever possible, and your magical mail is sent via USPS or UPS — trusty steeds for your treasures!

📦 Shipping Prices

First Class shipping (no tracking): $1.50 for the first item, $0.50 for each additional item.
Shipping with tracking: starts at $5.95 for the first item, $2.00 for each additional item.

Choose the option that suits your trail — whether you prefer a light trot or a full gallop with tracking reins in hand.

📮 Processing & Tracking

Orders ship within 2–5 business days (we work fast, but we also make sure each parcel gets a little horse-kiss of quality). Depending on what you select at checkout, your goodies will ride out via USPS First Class or USPS/UPS with tracking.

If you choose tracking, you’ll receive a number to follow your package’s journey across the fields! Please note it may take up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.

Once your order leaves my barn and joins the mail stream, I can’t control what happens in transit — but I will do my best to help if something goes wrong. If you'd like to add shipping insurance for full coverage, let me know before I ship your order. I'm happy to help!

🚚 Estimated Delivery Times

U.S. orders: typically arrive in 3–7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates — the mail ponies can get a bit frisky around holidays, so please allow a little extra time.

🌍 International Shoppers

Yay! I’d love to send some pony magic your way. Many of my items can be printed and fulfilled within your country to keep things simple. Just send me a message with what you're interested in, and I’ll create an invoice. Once it's paid, your order will be sent to my fulfillment partner and printed within 2–5 days.
Shipping timelines vary by country, but I’ll share any tracking info I receive. We'll keep your herd in the loop!

🐾 Shipment Issues

If your package is lost, damaged, or mysteriously disappears into the mist during transit, I’ll help you work with the shipper — but I can't promise a refund or replacement unless insurance was added.

Please double-check your address during checkout! If your package gallops off to the wrong address and comes trotting back to me, you’ll be responsible for the new shipping cost to send it again.

💫 Returns & Exchanges

I want you to be head-over-hooves happy with your purchase! 🐎✨ Please read listings carefully and check apparel sizing charts before placing an order — colors may vary slightly depending on your screen or printing batch.

As a one-woman horse-and-brush show, I can’t offer unlimited exchanges or returns, but I will always try to work with you.

Returns are generally accepted within 10 days of delivery.
You’ll be responsible for return postage.
Once the item is safely back in its original condition, I’ll issue a refund minus a 10% restocking fee (to cover admin and payment processing).
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
